Active inverter

Predicts battery degradation and significantly reduces power consumption

Normally, a number of output peaks occur in the inverter output during acceleration and deceleration. Most of these output power losses are thermal losses, causing a vicious cycle of battery degradation and increased power consumption.

Our Battery Management Unit (BMU) performs battery degradation prediction and output optimization control, as well as direct motor control via an active inverter. As a result, battery consumption is controlled during starting, driving on slopes, and acceleration/deceleration while driving, and smooth output control is performed to prevent peaks as much as possible, also preventing battery deterioration and significantly reducing power consumption.

In addition, the smooth start, acceleration and deceleration are achieved by optimizing the control volume setting, which improves the ride comfort of the vehicle.

SiC active inverter

We have developed the latest lightweight, compact and efficient 6-system multi-output inverter for commercial vehicles by integrating the power required for EV vehicles such as the main motor, hydraulic motor, air conditioning power supply, and control power supply.

It also features water cooling, IP67 waterproofing, high-strength aluminum, lightweight aluminum die-casting, and multi-CPU active control.
